LRRC is on the lookout for a swim lessons coordinator, lifeguards, and swim instructors! Swim Lessons Coordinator:
- Oversee the organization, scheduling, and assessment of swim lessons.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate all swim instructors and lifeguards at LRRC.
- Approve payroll for hourly swim instructors and lifeguards.
- Collaborate with the Communications Director to relay any changes to the pool schedule.
- Manage staff substitute forms and incident reports.
- Handle payments and refunds related to swim lessons.
- Enforce all policies within the LRRC Aquatics department.
- Adhere to our commitment to “Improve the Day.”

Lifeguard:
- Ensure the safety of all individuals by preventing injuries and drowning incidents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the member experience.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe atmosphere around the pool.
- Follow our principle to “Improve the Day.”
- Lifeguard certification is mandatory.

Swim Instructor:
- Conduct swimming lessons with a primary focus on safety.
- Provide outstanding customer service and a positive member experience.
- Maintain a professional and secure environment on the pool deck.
- Uphold our principle to “Improve the Day.”
